1. Agreement

By using smarttripplan.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Kishlay Kumar Kashyap from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

2. What the service is

SmartTripPlan provides two things: a free trip planning tool that assembles suggested itineraries, accommodation options, weather and cost estimates for a destination you choose, and a set of written destination guides.

We are an information service. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, booking platform or licensed financial adviser. We do not sell flights, rooms, tours or insurance, we do not take payment from you, and we are not party to any booking you make elsewhere.

3. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to be accurate, but travel information changes constantly. Prices, opening hours, closure days, permit rules, road access and safety conditions all change without notice, and some of our content is generated from third-party data and automated sources that can be wrong.

You must verify anything you rely on — particularly costs, visa and permit requirements, monument closure days, road and pass status, and safety advice — with the operator, the relevant authority, or an official government source before you travel. See our Disclaimer for the detail.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically copy the site's content, or use automated tools against it beyond normal browsing
• Republish our written guides, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying services and APIs
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others
• Interfere with, obscure, or artificially interact with advertising shown on the site

We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe you are doing any of the above.

5. Intellectual property

The destination guides, editorial text, page design, layout and code are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back.

You may not reproduce a guide in full, republish it on another site, use it as training or seed material for a competing content product, or present it as your own work.

6. Third-party content and links

The site displays data from third parties, including Google Places, Google Maps, LocationIQ, OpenStreetMap, Open-Meteo and web search providers, and uses Google Gemini to generate itinerary text. That content belongs to those providers and is subject to their terms. We do not control it and do not warrant its accuracy.

We link to external websites for booking and reference. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or their handling of your data.

7. Affiliate links and advertising

Some outbound links to booking sites are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you book through them. This costs you nothing extra and does not influence what we recommend. We also show advertising served by Google AdSense on our guide pages.

Advertisements are selected by Google and its partners, not by us. An ad appearing on the site is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for advertisers' products, services or claims. Report a problem advertisement to kishlaykumarkashyap@gmail.com.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its content is complete, current or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. That includes, without limitation, travel costs, missed transport, cancelled or unavailable bookings, denied entry, permit refusals, injury, illness, or loss of data or profit.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also revise these terms; the version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
